Hi!  Just a reminder that our January Winter Market is coming up this Saturday 16th, from 9:30 to noon.    We will be outside in our usual area in the St. James parking lot.

As usual, pre-orders are welcome but we will also bring pork, lamb & a small amount of grass-fed beef with us for purchase.  We will have totals figured on any pre-orders ahead of time so you can limit your time with us in the chilly weather!

The Sewickley Market will be starting this coming Saturday, April 11th and continue every Saturday until Thanksgiving from 9am-1pm.

*We are unable to attend the 1st Saturday, but will be there starting Saturday, April 18th .

We encourage you to come out to support the vendors as we start our season!

Hi!  Our last winter market for the season is this Saturday from 9 am to 11 am.   We finally have our holiday sausage ready!   As always, please feel free to pre-order if you wish but we will also bring a variety.

Inventory update:  We are currently out of lamb cubes and chops, also holiday (pork) sausage.  *We now have Kielbasa, Sweet Italian bulk sausage and Cottage bacon back in stock!

For all of you who have been braving the weather to support us and the other farmers, it is much appreciated!

Hi!  We now have grass fed beef available by the quarter or half.  We have 3/4 of 1 sold that is already at the processor and another ready if enough people are interested.

While Shawn concentrates on pigs, newly planted organic crops and meat sales, we have partnered with another local farmer for the lamb and beef.  We have visited many times & it is a very large farm with all out on pasture and the meat is good.  We want to continue to bring everyone the best product we can.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested so we can coordinate everything.  It takes about a month from the time we take the beef in.  It will be $4.95 lb. hanging & the one in now is 170 lbs. per quarter hanging.   I would be happy to answer any questions as well.

Hello everyone!  Just a note to let you know our Northside Farmer's Market has started and is every Friday, 3:30-7:30 in the park across from Allegheny Hospital in Pittsburgh.  It is a nice market with lots of venders there already!

We are also still at the Sewickley Market Saturdays from 9 am - 1 pm.  It is also a great market with lots of venders selling many different items!

Hi!  Just a reminder the summer market season at Sewickley will be

starting this Saturday, April, 5th, from 9 am to 1 pm.   It will be every Saturday

except Easter weekend.  Hope to see everyone for opening day!

Hello everyone!  Hope your having a good winter so far!

We will be at Sewickley this Saturday Dec. 21st from 9-11 am.

We will bring some pork and lamb with us but you are welcome to order ahead by phone or email we can have it ready for you if you are interested in some meat with less time in the cold!

Also, we will no longer be at the Pitsburgh Public Market on the strip on Saturdays.

  Hello!  Just letting everyone know we will be at our Northside, S. Fayette night market and Sewickley markets for 2 more weekends.  They will end the weekend before Thanksgiving.  Feel free to call or email if you would like a specific order put together.    

      We are planning to be at the Pittsburgh Public Market on the strip at its new location on Penn Ave. in the month of December (possibly longer but not sure) on Saturdays between 10 and 3, except the 3rd Saturday of the month.  On the 3rd Saturday of the month from Dec. through March we will be at the Sewickley market at the usual location in the church parking lot.  We are still trying to confirm the time, but will either be 9-11 am or 10-noon.

      Also, for anyone interested in a quarter beef we will be taking one in in the next couple of weeks.  We will have a gap pretty soon of none ready shortly after that.
